This term 3R has been studying 'The Plant Life Cycle as part of our science program. Students learnt hands-on, how to plant seeds and watch them grow in their very own greenhouses!!🌱🌱👩🌾👨🌾
In a captivating science experiment, 3R students delved into the intricacies of plant life cycles and greenhouse environments. Equipped with curiosity and plastic Ziplock bags, they constructed miniature greenhouses to simulate controlled growing conditions. With cotton balls as their medium, they meticulously planted seeds and observed the daily progression of growth under sunlight.
As they recorded the number of days it took for their plants to sprout, the students not only grasped the fundamental stages of plant development but also gained firsthand insight into the importance of environmental factors in fostering healthy growth. This hands-on exploration ignited their enthusiasm for botany and instilled a deeper appreciation for the natural world.
