Re - Enrolment Form for 2026

Term Fees have increased to $600 per Term, and $545 per Term for the 3rd child onwards, effective immediately. Previously sent invoices for 2025 will NOT be amended. The Term 1 Fees for 2026 are to be paid in advance of the commencement of the new year. These fees are non-refundable.

An administrative late fee of $60 per student, will be charged alongside every fee that is not paid by the due date.

The Annual Building Levy Fee of $400 is to be paid in advance of the commencement of the new year. This fee is non-refundable.

The Annual Textbook Fee of $150.00 is to be paid in advance of the commencement of the new year. This fee is non-refundable.

Students and parents must abide by the school policies and procedures. Re-enrolment is subject to good behaviour and satisfactory academic records.

Any request for long leave of absence must be made in writing. Leave must be approved by the Principal.

Consent is given for my child to have their photo taken for all College purposes.

In the event of an emergency and I cannot be contacted, I authorise the school to seek appropriate treatment in case of illness or accidental injury.

I indemnify the school against any claim or litigation arising out of sickness or injury to my child including, during or as a result of an excursion.

One term's notice is required before withdrawing a student from the College; where insufficient notice is provided, one term's fee is payable in lieu of notice.

Only in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the Board, will a student be allowed to enter a new term if the fees from the previous term are outstanding.

Student Academic Reports are distributed each Semester. In order to receive these reports, all outstanding College fees must be paid in full. Failure to comply, will result in the report/s being withheld. This is the case for all family members.

The person/s signing the application must be responsible for payment of all fees and charges.

No reduction in fees can be made because of temporary absence from the College.
